If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem. Policies may vary by product depending on our agreements with content vendors.
Can I return an eBook purchase?
In general, digital content purchased from GirlLegal.com is not returnable. If you’re having trouble opening or reading your purchase, please e-mail us for technical assistance.
Payment Declines
If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.
If you placed your order with GirlLegal.com, we will try charging the same card again if you do not submit updated information. Typically, we attempt to charge a credit card daily for one week before canceling your order. To update your credit card details or submit a different payment method, visit Your Account and select the link to “Change payment method.”
